Although her name is often spelled incorrectly as Louis or Louise...Lois was born in New York and raised in Charlotte, NC. She earned her BA in Communications - Public Relations in 2000. After several successful years in Corporate America she decided to go back to UNC Charlotte and obtain her certificate in Meeting & Event Planning in 2005. Upon completion she immediately put her skills to use and worked for a non profit organization for two years.

Eager to re-cultivate the tours and transportation department, Lois brings to Charlotte Arrangements fresh ideas for tours and transportation, a zeal for life and a "whatever it takes to get the job done right" mentality.

In her spare time she loves to travel, with plans to visit France, Greece, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom as well as Tokyo and Australia. She also enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and friends and collecting vintage jewelry and accessories.
