You'll see Damon at all of our events--as our operations manager he handles logistics and makes sure everything is in place and running smoothly during installation, at the event and through dismantling. It's a big job, but with his years of special event experience, dedication to teamwork, can-do attitude and sense of humor, Damon makes it look easy.

A graduate of Old Dominion University in Virginia, he is an avid sports fan, both as a spectator and a participant. In fact, his dream job would be as the PA announcer for the New York Mets. Fortunately for us, Damon has chosen to live in Charlotte and oversee Charlotte Arrangements' play-by-plays.
