planning and coordination of this two-day
event including meetings, an awards

Charlotte Arrangements worked with the venue and the corporation to produce a spectacular tented picnic-complete with bonfires and fireworks-at a quarry outside of Charlotte. The evening's entertainment earned Charlotte Arrangements an EVIE award for excellence.

transportation, convention activities and the
final night event, the "Incredi-Bowl."
